She is an expert in reducing psychological distress, promoting psychological wellbeing and provides mental health practices through her dedicated and result-oriented approach.She specializes in treating addictive behavior in individualsand groups.  She provide psychotherapy to individuals couples, families, corporate offices and groups to help them overcome a range of psychological and emotional issues like addiction, adolescence, relationship issues ,personality issues , mental illness etc.  She creates  personalized  treatment plans and a variety of non-medical-based treatments for her varied range of patients be it lifestyle management issue to serious mental illness.

Educational & Professional Experiences

Reena is currently pursuing Mphil Forensic Psychology from Gujarat Forensic Science University. Reena holds a postgraduate degree in Psychology from a reputed university along with certifications in Addiction and dealing with addictive behaviour from Haward Medical School of continuing education, Specialization in rehabilitation Clinical psychology ,counsellig Psychology from RCI registered recognized Institutes India. Hypnotic Modalities for Behavioral Resolutions, Regression Therapies & Energy Dynamics. Additionaly, completed her Diploma in Integrated Clinical Hypnotherapy from the California Institute of India (CHII) & earned an MBA in HRD and Marketing from IMT Ghaziabad.


She has worked closely with Tihar Jail, New Delhi and Bhondsi Jail, Haryana as a Consultant Counselor for convicts and Jail Management. Her keen interest in providing solutions in the field of addiction led her to work in rehab . She formed Indrishti 's counseling cell in  Safe House a De-addiction centre in Delhi. Her approach is to encourage clients to look within; to lean into those emotions that get avoided, and to consider positive as well as negative experiences as a gift and march towards the future, successfully. Reena meets patients all accross Delhi , Gurgaon and accross India for 1:1 sessions as well as online consultations

Rich 15 plus years of practical work experience in variety of environment and capacity like Administration, Human Resources, and behavioral/soft skill Training & Psychotherapy out of which nine years has been intensively involved in psychological therapies in mental health. She has been trained in various Psychological clinics and hospitals under the guidance of senior Clinical Psychologist hospitals like Fortis Escorts Health care .

She is a visiting consutant in various hospitals and does her private practice is based out of Gurgaon and takes appointment all over India. Also does online consultation too.

Holds expertise in psychological assessments /testing by using various approaches like ; Clinical interview, Assessments of intellectual Functioning (IQ), Personality Assessments, Behavioral Assessments by detailed clinical interview.
